Our Heritage

Pasco is part of the Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) group of companies, the wholly owned commercial arm of the Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN). RBN has a rich 800 year heritage and has meticulously developed a diversified, multi-billion dollar private equity portfolio in the resources, industrial, services and financial sectors. In 2005/6, RBH acquired an equity stake in Pasco, their first acquisition in commercial assets that has been followed by shareholdings in some of the largest and diversified companies operating in Africa.
