Solution:

Pasco undertook an investigation that uncovered and reported fraud, and corrupt practices by senior managers in the organisation defrauding the organisation of more than $50m.

Result:

Pasco collected evidence and prepared documentation that resulted in the client preferring criminal charges against senior management employees and seeking an order to recover the losses from the suspects’ assets.
