- A Global Mining Company retained Pasco to undertake a forensic investigation at one of its operations where two employees had embezzled money and fled the country. Pasco undertook a forensic and computer investigation and asset tracing, ultimately apprehending the suspects and recovering more than US$200,000.00. Pasco assisted with laying a criminal complaint and bringing the suspects to Justice.
- A South African Local Authority retained Pasco to undertake a forensic investigation into allegations of corruption by public servants. Pasco identified more than US$150m, assisted with a criminal complaint and worked with law enforcement agencies to undertake asset tracing and recovery activities.
- A Canadian NGO retained Pasco to undertake a forensic investigation of its operations following allegations of corruption and fraud. Pasco was successful in identifying the perpetrators and provided sworn statement for possible criminal complaints.
- A global mining company retained Pasco to review a recent multi-million dollar transaction at one of its operations following allegations of corruption by employees and government officials. Pasco's complex investigation identified material conflict of interest and non disclosure, assisting the company to rectify transgressions of corporate governance and law.
- A mining services organisation retained Pasco to investigate allegations of fraud and corruption within its operating division in Mali. Pasco undertook the investigation and assisted the client to lay a criminal complaint with law enforcement agencies in addition to supporting the client to improve internal control weaknesses.
